DSG is led by George Duncan, a former RAF pilot and global Human Factors consultant with decades of experience in operational safety, and Benjamas Nasongkhla, an expert in logistics, planning, and global supply chain coordination. Together, they guide a team driven by integrity, innovation, and service.

George Duncan is a seasoned international entrepreneur and strategic leader with a proven track record of founding and scaling high-impact ventures across multiple sectors. After beginning his career as a military pilot in the UK’s Royal Air Force, George transitioned into the world of business, where he built a portfolio of successful companies that have achieved global recognition.
He was a pioneer in developing and commercializing human performance training programs that significantly improved operational safety, not only in aviation but also in complex industries such as petrochemicals and healthcare. His foresight and ability to translate critical systems thinking into scalable business solutions have earned him a reputation as an innovator who delivers real-world results.
Today, George continues to lead companies at the forefront of clean technology, health innovation, and sustainable development, consistently demonstrating his ability to spot emerging trends and turn them into profitable, globally relevant enterprises.
Benjamas Nasongkhla
Ben brings exceptional expertise in logistics, operations, and strategic planning to the core of DSG’s activities. With an acute sense of priority and a rare ability to anticipate and adapt to unforeseen challenges, she ensures that every aspect of the business runs with precision and foresight.
Having studied at The Prince of Songkhla University, Ben has played a transformative role in every organization she has supported. Her experience spans global marketing, logistics coordination, and the complex operational demands of large-scale government and corporate institutions. Her disciplined, detail-oriented approach makes her an indispensable part of DSG’s leadership team, ensuring that strategy is always matched with flawless execution.
